生魚片新鮮歸新鮮 但整體滋味並不顯
每貫都可以不另外沾醬吃
12貫中較出色有記憶點的是第一貫黑鮪魚
肉質軟滑有油脂也甜 醬醋飯口感粒粒分明
之後的熟鰻魚 口感鬆軟細緻甘甜 鮑魚的鮮味與口感較一般
其他壽司有的用檸檬或蔥花提味 而玉子燒甜度高 香氣到位
最後可以自選一貫 選了熟車海老 同樣有鮮度與甜度不足感
當天的壽司飯相當鬆散 筷子還沒夾起就崩塌
整體來說中規中矩
是否值得犧牲睡眠時間來排隊預定就見仁見智了

讓許多台灣人很瘋的壽司大,都說是最好吃的壽司,搬家到豐洲後,改變遊戲規則。五點開始開放預訂當天的位子,店家會告知幾點回去報到,不用像以前那樣現場排浪費人生。第一輪開始於六點,自已與友人當天五點報到,就已有不少人在排隊,登記到只能吃第二輪。被告知七點報到,到了後還是等了約三四十分鐘,等前一批客人吃完。
為了吃壽司大,我們特地訂了一晚豐洲市場旁的飯店住,不想舟車勞頓,確實滿方便的。不過此次的壽司大經驗,我們都沒有被驚艷到,不會不好吃但並沒有以前的滋味。不知是天氣變化還是整個大環境的改變,漁獲沒有以前的鮮美飽滿。
